I'm Tamara Mobley, a licensed clinical social worker, practice owner, and mental health therapist at Ebb and Flow Wellness, PLLC. I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity, compassion, and courage. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing begins in spaces where people feel truly seen and heard. I work to create that kind of space, one where you can show up as your full self, without judgment. My work is rooted in trauma-responsive, culturally attuned care. I honor the impact of lived experiences, systemic stressors, and intergenerational wounds—offering therapy that holds space for both individual and cultural narratives in the healing process.
Welcome! I’m Tamara.

My Approach
My overall therapeutic approach is eclectic, however I heavily rely and utilize a psychodynamic approach to support my clients in identifying subconscious thoughts and feelings that influence their behavior. I work to customize a healing space where I challenge clients to accept the entirety of their experiences in order to work toward a path of resilience, empowerment, and authenticity. To effectively navigate challenges like anxiety, depression, burnout, and relationship issues, it’s essential to move beyond individual symptoms and consider the broader systems that influence our well-being. The stress we carry often isn’t just our own—it can be rooted in high-pressure work cultures, generational patterns, or structural inequities that make healing and growth more complex.
My therapeutic style is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and a whole-person perspective. I offer a supportive and affirming space where you can feel genuinely understood and empowered. While I approach our work with empathy and care, I’m also honest and direct—helping you build the confidence, clarity, and emotional resilience needed to navigate life with strength and intention.
My Self Care Strategies
I believe that as a therapist, I cannot lead others where I haven’t been willing to go myself. That’s why I prioritize my own healing and self-care as an essential part of the work I do. Whether through therapy, rest, movement, spiritual practices, or meaningful connection, I actively engage in practices that ground me and restore my energy. By tending to my own emotional well-being, I’m able to show up fully—present, attuned, and nonjudgmental—in the therapy space. Doing my own work allows me to hold space for others with clarity and compassion, and it reminds me that healing is not just something I talk about—it’s something I live.
